Spinach con Queso

-1 pkg. Knorr's Vegetable Dip
-1 pkg. frozen spinach
-1 32 oz. pkg. Velveeta
-1 pint whipping cream
-Tortilla Chips

Recipe


-Melt Velveeta over low heat.
-Mix together whipping cream and Knorr's Dip in separate bowl and let chill for approximately 15 minutes.
-Defrost spinach and squeeze out excess liquid.
-Add cream and Knorr's Dip to Velveeta and mix together.
-Add spinach.
-Serve warm with tortilla chips

Spinach Con Queso

4 ounces half and half

4 ounces water or chicken stock

4 ounces grated parmesan cheese

1 pound Velveeta cheese

1 10 ounce pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and water squeezed out

cayenne to taste

8 ounces sour cream

juice of 1 lemon

Mix all ingredients in stock pot and melt together over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Serve with tortilla chips.
