Stuffed Shells

 

1.      Brown Beef and drain

2.      Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Romano and half can of Tomato Sauce with beef

3.      Mix Seasonings

4.      Let cool 30mins to an hour

5.      Preheat oven to 425 º

6.      Stuff a tablespoon of mix into each shell

7.      top with mozzarella and sauce

8.      Bake 20-25 mins or until color is brown

 

Let cool then serve, can also refrigerate to be served later as a snack or with salad and garlic bread for dinner
