Perfect Lasagna

 

Ingredients:

2 Lbs. Hamburger meat

1 large can Thick and Zesty Tomato Sauce

2 small cans of Contadina Italian Tomato Paste

2 McCormick Thick and Zesty Spaghetti Mix

Oregano

Italian seasoning

Lite Ricotta

Romano

Parmesan

8 oz bag of Shredded 6 cheese Italian

16oz bag of Shredded Mozzarella and Provolone

12 Mueller precooked noodles

 

At least two Hours prior to cooking

Precook meat. Brown on high in a skillet drain and allow cooling time.

 

Soften Noodles do not cook thoroughly

Reheat skillet to high temperature and pour in meat

Pour in Tomato Paste, Spaghetti Mix and Sauce

Rinse out sauce can pouring 1/2 can of water

Mix equally throughout skillet

Mix in Ricotta

Generously sprinkle oregano, Italian Seasoning and Romano

Bring sauce to a boil

 

Preheat oven to 350degrees

Layer noodles in lasagna pan

Generously spread sauce covering noodles

Sprinkle Romano

Cover sauce with parmesan and Mozzarella/Provolone

Layer another level of noodles

Cover noodles with sauce

Sprinkle Romano and Italian Seasonings

Cover with Parmesan and 6 cheese

Cover pan with aluminum foil

Cook on Bake for 40 minutes

Remove foil and broil for 5 minutes or until brown

Slice and allow cooling for 10 minutes
