Grilled Sirloin steak with pimento black pepper tequila sauce
Steak!
1 & 1/2 lbs Sirloin steak
2 TBSP olive oil
salt and pepper
Cook On grill or add oil to frying pan
Cook steak to desired doneness.
Slice thin and serve with sauce.
Pimento Black Pepper Tequila sauce!
1 twenty ounce jar roasted peeled pimentos-drained
1 1/2 TBLSP olive oil
1 TSP black cracked pepper
2 TBLSP tequila
2 TBLSP heavy cream
salt to taste
Puree pimentos until smooth. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add pepper, toast
30 seconds. Stir in pimentos, season with salt, cook 2
minutes. Whisk cream into pimento sauce. Cook one minute, add tequila and
simmer 1 minute. Serve over steak
